Frustration rises when expectation from other people rises too high.
The heightened frustration level leads to the feeling of lashing out against them
But when some thought is given to the reasons behind the people's indifference to your expectations; Sanity prevails.
Everyone has their own story and life and no one is bound to behave the way you want them to.
If they did always did things so as to make you happy. They wouldn't be individuals on their own and turn into Zombies.
So my dear friend. It's Ok. I will learn how to prevail and live on.
